Besides plenary and keynote sessions, the EUROTOX 2024 scientific programme includes scientific sessions running in five parallel rooms. Interested companies / institutions may sponsor one of those scientific sessions. Kindly note: The support of a scientific session is subject to approval of the Scientific Programme Committee (SPC) to avoid any possible conflicts of interest. The content and selection of speakers will be determined by the SPC. This sponsorship item can be offered in two different options:

• Basic 3,000 €
  
  • Acknowledgement of sponsor, i.e., listing with name and profile in line with chosen session in all congress material
  • Acknowledgement of sponsor by session chair at session beginning

• Premium 4,000 €

Interested companies / institutions can sponsor one of the congress coffee or lunch breaks (Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday). Roll-ups and promotion material (supplied by the sponsor) may be displayed in the catering area on the day of sponsorship. This sponsorship item can be offered in two different options:

On Sunday, 8 September 2024, there will be a Welcome Reception for all registered participants. Interested companies / institutions have the opportunity to sponsor this event, which will take place in the exhibition area and provides a great networking atmosphere. Roll-ups and promotion material (supplied by the company) may be displayed in the reception area during the Welcome Reception. This sponsorship item can be offered in two different options:

Interested companies / institutions may provide promotional material which will be included in the slides / displays that run during congress breaks and in between sessions. Promotion material will be placed among organisational information which will run in an infinite loop during those times. This sponsorship item can be offered in two different options:

• Basic 1,100 €
  
  • Promotional slide (static content) included in on-site congress slides
  • Display time per slide 5 to 10 s.
  • The content of the slide needs to be approved by the congress organisers.

• Premium 2,000 €
  
  • Promotional video clip (max. 30s) included in on-site congress slides
  • The content of the video needs to be approved by the congress organisers
  • Video is subject to approval by the Scientific Programme Committee (SPC).

E-posters will be among the most frequented points at the congress. The sponsorship includes the display of the sonsor’s logo / banner on each e-poster terminal. Roll-ups, mousepads etc. (supplied by the sponsor) may be positioned at the e-poster terminals on the corresponding day.

Price: 2,500 € / day

All speakers must hand in their presentations in the speakers ready room. They may also edit and update their presentations there. The sponsor’s logo will be featured on all signage in the speakers ready room, used as a screensaver and for the desktop design of all working stations. If the sponsor is interested, mouse pads may be provided (at own production / delivery costs).

There will be a free WiFi connection for all delegates at the congress venue. Interested companies / institutions may sponsor the network. The WiFi network name and password may be chosen by the sponsor, in consultation with the congress organisation. WiFi network information is included in all congress material. All delegates using the WiFi network will use and see the sponsor’s information.

Price: 4,500 €

Interested companies / institutions can sponsor the congress lanyards for the name badge which will be given to every fully registered delegate upon arrival. Sponsors have to provide their own lanyards (to be delivered to the venue in the requested quantity, approx. 1,700 items, in due time).

Sponsors may provide note pads and / or pens which will be available for each registered delegate upon arrival at the congress venue. The sponsor provides its own note pads and pens which have to be delivered to the congress venue in the requested quantity (~ 1,000, to be confirmed) in due time. The layout must be approved by the congress organisation. This sponsorship item can be offered in two different options:

Interested companies / institutions may provide an advertisement (e.g., promotion of products or announcement of booth at the congress) which will be prominently distributed via the congress app. This sponsorship item can be offered in two different options (push message or splash screen):

• Basic 1,000 €
  
  • Push message (static content, text and links only) via congress app
  • Date and time of the push message needs to be agreed upon by the sponsor and the congress organisers.
  • The content of the push message needs to be approved by the congress organisers.

• Premium 1,500 €
  
  • Splash screen (display: 3 to 5 sec) which is automatically displayed when participants open a specific page in the congress app.
  • Date and time of the splash screen need to be agreed upon by the sponsor and the congress organisers.

Companies / institutions may advertise their products / services or participation in EUROTOX 2024 by providing a promotional text that will be sent by the congress organisers to all registered participants who agreed to receiving such messages via email. The mailing date must be agreed upon by the sponsor and the congress organiser. This sponsorship item can be offered in two different options:
